Therapy at Ayni is available in different formats and draws on a range of depth-oriented approaches.
Counselling Formats
Individual
One-on-one sessions for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and the patterns that shape everyday experience.
Couples
For partners looking to understand the dynamics between them: what keeps showing up, what isn't being said, and what shifts when both people feel heard.
Group
Therapy in a group setting, where the presence of others becomes part of the work itself.
Areas of Focus
-
For those carrying the impact of difficult experiences, whether recent or long-standing.
-
For those experiencing persistent worry, emotional overwhelm, burnout, or a nervous system that rarely feels at rest.
-
For anyone navigating a significant period of change: relationship shifts, career uncertainty, questions of identity, or simply a moment where the life you're living no longer fits the person you're becoming.
-
For anyone navigating the emotional complexity of living between cultures: the isolation, the identity shifts, the grief of what was left behind, and the work of building belonging somewhere new.
-
For those processing the emotional impact of a motor vehicle accident, physical injury, or sudden life disruption.
-
For those who notice the same patterns showing up in relationships, regardless of who they're with. Whether that's difficulty with closeness, conflict, emotional expression, or wounds that go further back than the current relationship.
